Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant - Europe Travel

Travel: Europe, Middle East and Africa

Location Based: London / South East England

We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team of expert Identity and Access Management (IAM) consultants.


The role will be reporting direct to the IAM Practice Director, and will be responsible for working with our global customer base to advise and implement IAM solutions. This consulting role will involve hands on technical work, requirements gathering workshops with business owners, flexible working and international travel.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted security architecture advisor for customers, provide guidance on Identity Management implementation best practices, tools & technologies

  • Be the product and domain knowledge expert in Identity and Access Management solutions to the customer and sales team

  • Work with our customers to gather and document requirements for their IAM solution, including running requirements gathering workshops

  • Working with the Lead Architect to create Solution Designs and Specifications

  • Participate in the implementation of the security solutions including providing technical leadership to implementation teams

  • Provide assistance with technical pre-sales, running proof of concept's or creating solution proposals

  • Provide post implementation activities such as technical training for the customer’s support teams and technical resources, following up on support issues and warranty

  • Provide clear and accurate communication at all technical levels, to customers, partners and internal team members

  • Based from your home office, but typically working directly onsite with the end customer

  • Up to 80% travel required. Locations typically within (but not restricted to) the EMEA region



Skills / Requirements

  • Technical implementation experience in at least one or more of the following IAM technologies: RSA/Aveksa, CA Technologies, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Dell/Quest, Ping Identity, Oracle, IBM

  • Previous experience working in a Professional Services/Consulting role

  • Solid hands on experience working with Linux/Unix based servers

  • Experience with shell scripting and/or at least one recognised programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java etc)

  • Experience with Web Services and Web Applications

  • Good understanding of networking and databases

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Must be willing and able to work independently, including working at home and alone on client sites.

  • Ability and willingness to travel work across UK / EMEA (typically up to 80%)

  • Full UK or EU Driver’s License

  • Passport from within the EU or required working VISA

Join our team and make a difference! We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team of experts, specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM).


Our Managed Services Team provides expert operational capability for complex customer IAM solutions, making sure our customers IAM solutions are running at maximum efficiency and their organisation is kept secure and in compliance.


This hands-on role will be working in our Managed Services Team, reporting to the Technical Services Manager, and will be responsible for day to day operations of some large IAM customer implementations, troubleshooting technical problems and issues as they come up, and managing L2 support tickets ensuring KPI’s are at their best. 


The successful candidate will be enthusiastic to learn with a technical background, preferably in a support or consulting role. Previous knowledge in IAM would be beneficial, but not necessary. The candidate will receive in-depth technical product training and opportunities to gain professional certifications. In addition to a competitive market rate salary and excellent bonus package, there would be real scope for career progression and expanding your skillset.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational system administration for our customer IAM solutions

  • Deploy, maintain, update and troubleshoots our customer IAM solutions

  • Monitors system health

  • Implement rigid change control as per customer requirements for their IAM solutions

  • Creates and maintain detailed documentation based on new and existing processes and procedures

  • Generates weekly and monthly metrics for customer reports

  • Responds to audit requests or findings related to assigned technologies.

  • Ensures that critical events and alerts are escalated within customer SLA agreement and documented

  • Perform log analysis during security related events, identifying and reporting possible security issues, incidents and violations of security policies.

Skills / Requirements

  • Previous experience with Identity and Access Management solutions, working in support or consulting roles

  • Hands on experience working with both Windows and Linux/Unix based servers

  • Experience with shell scripting and at least one recognised programming language

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with ability to work autonomously

  • Ability to prioritise work as required

  • Ability to be ‘on call’ on a rotational basis

We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Associate that is motivated to make money. They will be working with our strong Professional Services and Product Development team to build our business and revenue, selling security solutions and our own product line to enterprises of all sizes and verticals.

The position will probably ideally suit someone who has experience in Inside Sales, and is looking to take the next step to a full Sales Manager role. You will be responsible for working with the head of sales and a sales intern to generate profit for our Product Sales, Reselling and Services areas. From generating leads to closing deals, you will be the driving force behind the sales cycle.


You will also, not only have the responsibility in bringing in new business, but as a sales manager you will be required to sustain your relationship with them.


We require a sales manager who has an interest in working in both an office based and client-facing role. Have high levels of motivations and drive to carry out a complete sales cycle from beginning to end, interest in bringing in new business and having a family feel with the company. Someone that is willing to travel regularly within UK. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving high sales targets within the security software.


Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of up to £40,000 basic, with an OTE of £80,000 and an uncapped commission plan plus benefits. The harder you work, the more you earn! This is an incredible opportunity for anybody wishing to earn a large amount of money in a rapidly growing market.

  • Excellent English communication skills - especially listening skills - able to engage in a conversation about the client’s business and how technology trends could impact that.

  • Proven track record of engaging with new people to generate interest via an unsolicited phone call, plus familiarity with using social media to support this.

  • Sufficient gravitas to be able to engage at C-level.

  • A consultative sales approach is important.

Software Engineer - Java/DevOps

Location Based: London / South East England / Home Based


We are looking for talented and motivated Software Engineers to join our Engineering team working on our core product lines and also our custom solutions. Using a wide range of technologies, and working on all areas of the SDLC from customer requirements gathering, design and architecture, build and DevOps

The role will be reporting directly to our Engineering Lead based in London. There is huge scope for getting hands on experience in all areas of the SDLC, great promotion opportunities with scope to growing the role. Role & Responsibilities

  • Implementing of software solutions based on Java (SE/EE) and Open Source technologies

  • Working on Securience core products

  • Supporting challenging adhoc projects developing custom security modules for IAM and Authentication solutions

  • Solving complex and highly interesting technical problems for our customers
